What is mindfulness?
Mindfulness is above all about presence. It is about inhabiting our lives fully, and bringing all of our awareness into the present moment. Mindfulness fundamentally is a way of being, a way of relating to experience, moment by moment.
Being mindful and present also can help you intentionally fill your cup. This is important because when your cup is full & overflowing, you then can see more through a lens of love. Love is the highest vibration.


The Doshas
Our world is made up of five elements – earth, fire, water, air, and ether. Cultures throughout the ages have understood this. We all have various combinations of those elements in us, which then leads us to have qualities of the three doshas. These doshas are believed to be responsible for a person’s physiological, mental, and emotional health.
The Chakras
Our bodies are governed by energy. Electrical impulses power our brain, carry our nerve signals, and keep our circulation running smoothly. At the core of our energy system are the chakras – seven key energy centers which govern our every breath.
